Our Story

For an evening, the Exhib-Eat team hosts, or transforms your home into a fine dining banquet where you and your guests can indulge in new flavors and discover creative culinary techniques.

Sourcing the freshest, healthiest local ingredients, Uri serves food in Free Form style, customized to your taste and always with a Mediterranean touch.

The process is simple:
Pick a date, invite your friends, tell us what you don't eat, allergies, etc. and let us take over the night.

Culinary enthusiast and consultant, Uri Rotenberg has been immersed in the world of food, restaurants, and hospitality for over two decades.

His deep connection to the field stems from his roots and evokes memories.

Uri is always drawn to creativity and the desire to let the ingredients take their natural place on the plate.

He established the "Exhib-Eat", his private chef brand, and boutique culinary event hosting, with the goal of staying close to the kitchen and facilitating the nourishment and connection between people.

As of his late twenties , Uri co-managed the food and beverage department of the HERhodes Red Sea Hotel in Eilat, which led him to specialize in the understanding and implementation of culinary back-office and paved his way towards global culinary consulting.

His culinary consultancy involves crafting tailored menus for any given restaurant, through innovative concepts and empowering local ingredients. He has provided consultations in Israel, Amsterdam, Athens, Croatia, Mexico, and Brussels.

His expertise lies in Mediterranean cuisine, combining dishes with touches, flavors, and inspirations from around the world.
